This will be Ulunda’s second publication. Her first work was Under the Order: Anchored In Hope During Uncharted Times. In Voices For Leadership, Mrs. Baker plans to share about the importance of Leaders focusing on self-care and why that’s important to avoid burnout.
Ulunda also serves as a Board of Directors member for the Community Shelter of Union County, NC, and a Chrisitan School.
Hayward Bell is a corporate leader with decades of experience in Fortune 500 companies, working in and outside the USA. Formally educated in accounting and finance with a MBA, Bell enjoyed careers as a financial executive and Global Chief Diversity Officer.
This will be Mr. Bell’s second book. He first published Leading Diversity – A Sisyphean Task. In Voices for Leadership book, Hayward will share his perspective on why in leadership- diversity, equity and inclusion efforts fail. In addition, the ten areas that leaders must pay attention to in order to improve their odds for successful DEI efforts.

Ann Bowers-Evangelista is a business psychologist, executive coach, and Ironman athlete with a passion for building endurance leadership – the mindset, behaviors, and supports that leaders need to lead effectively for decades!

Jason Cutter, CEO of Cutter Consulting Group, is an author, podcaster, consultant/advisory, and trainer – and sees himself as a sales success architect for companies and individuals. His focus is on helping people sell with Authentic Persuasion.
Voices for Leadership will be Mr. Cutter’s second publication, and he plans to write about leadership versus managing, and leading with Authentic Persuasion. His first book is titled “Selling With Authentic Persuasion: Transform from Order Taker to Quota Breaker.”
He has studied leadership and communication for over 20 years and applies these learned experiences to every aspect of his life. Wes is a carpenter and press operator who’s now written nearly 100 hours of content for leaders across the country.
In Voices For Leadership, he will share about Servant Leadership from a perspective of truly serving based on what people need rather than they perceive they need. This involves relationship building and understanding their behavioral style.

In Voices for Leadership, Gibson will share more about “Understanding the Ethos of your work life and leadership style.” He will draw from his extensive experience and education. Gibson has a B.S. in Communications from Southeastern University. He is a Certified Life and Career Coach, and a DISC Behavior Certified Trainer.
Enrique Acosta Gonzalez is a man of God, husband and father of 6. Gonzalez is the CEO of Triad Leadership Solutions, a 26 year Navy veteran, and a John Maxwell Coach/Trainer/Speaker. He is a servant leader that focuses on getting leaders and leadership back on track.
Voices for Leadership will be Mr. Gonzalez’s first book and he plans to share How To Get Out of SucKcessful Leadership. Gonzalez attributes his successful leadership to being JMT certified, as well as being currently in Masters Program for Organizational leadership. He is CPO certified with Institute for Project Management. 2021 Top Global Thought Leader (People Hum).
Prior to forming Jet It, Glenn provided transportation solutions as the Regional Sales Manager for the Eastern United States for Honda Aircraft Company. In this role, Glenn developed and executed a sales, communication, marketing business plan, and strategy to sell Honda’s first venture into aviation, the $5M+ HondaJet.
Preceding his efforts with Honda Aircraft Company, Glenn performed a sales support role as an International Demonstration Captain for Gulfstream Aerospace Company. Glenn began his career in the USAF as a T-38A Instructor Pilot and his military career culminated as an F-15C Flight Commander and 4-Ship Flight Lead. Glenn also participated as an active member of the US Embassy Kyrgyz Republic Country Team while deployed during OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM.
Mr. Gonzales has MBA from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, and a Masters in Aeronautical Sciences from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He completed his undergraduate studies at the United States Air Force Academy earning a B.S. degree in Behavioral Sciences with a concentration in Human Factors Engineering.
In the community, Gonzales has served as a spokesman for Make a Wish, founded a military community outreach organization, The 71st Fighter Squadron Iron Foundation, and served as Program Coordinator for Special Olympics Area 22 regional competition. He has spoken at countless universities, corporations, primary schools and community organizations sharing his career experiences, and the business of private aviation.
Mr. Gonzales is a Lieutenant Colonel in the USAF Reserves, and is married to his wife of 15 years, the former Tanika Archer. Their two daughters, Kearston and Kendall are classically trained musicians who have performed as a violin and cello duo for numerous private, philanthropic, community, political, and government events throughout the United States, Europe, and Australia.
Stephanie Hoskins is a business owner, wife and mother living in Central Florida. She founded Good Intents Marketing with the hopes of serving nonprofits that lacked the resources or manpower to leverage data analytics to drive more intentional results for their missions. She is a former NCAA Division I Swimmer for the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Liberal Arts. Since graduating in 2005, she has developed a passion for Search Engine Optimization and helping nonprofits secure the Google Ads Grant. She has certifications from University of California, Davis in SEO and a Food & Health Certificate from Stanford Medicine.
Voices for Leadership will be Hoskins’s first publication. She intends to share her voice and personal experience surrounding “Reforming Mental Health For Leaders: Overcoming life mistakes, Reigniting your purpose, and Discovering your passion along the way.”
Gary Kooper is a husband, father of four, and a 30 year veteran of a global consumer & industrial manufacturing organization. Kooper is the Founder of Kooper Leadership Academy focusing on high performance coaching, leadership training, and development.
Voices for Leadership, will be Kooper’s first publication. Gary plans to write about The High Performance Leadership Trifecta: Time – Great Equalizer; Focus – Do Simple Better; Effort – Power is in You. Three areas for high performance leadership.
Kate is a former corporate, government, and small business employee who became a small business owner in 2015. Her journey has required faith, determination, and high doses of courage as she serves the local business community in new ways every day.
This will be Kate’s first publication. Here contribution “Own a Business? You ARE a Leader!” Examines how whether you are a solopreneur or have one to 100 employees, you are immediately promoted to a leadership role the moment you start your business.

Mark McCatty is a highly effective Organizational Development Consultant / Trainer who has extensive experience in operations and team management. Mark has helped numerous organizations meet the challenges of creating high-involvement work environments.

Dr. Kim Moore is an Executive Director for The John Maxwell Team, DISC Consultant, and certified Youth Facilitator. Dr.Moore is certified to coach, speak and train in the areas of leadership development, professional skills, and personal growth. Dr. Kim Moore is a retired U.S. Army Chemical Corps Officer. Dr. Moore started her second career in education as a science teacher. She has held various leadership positions throughout her 20-year educational career. Kim is passionate about leadership and education, and her philosophy is to lead by example.
This will be Dr. Moore’s first publication. She plans to share her voice on “Leading in Times of Crisis – Leaders face challenges every day.” While most crises
are minor and leaders can respond quickly based on previous experiences, there will be times when leaders must step into unknown territory.
Marques Ogden was drafted into the NFL as an offensive lineman but after 5 years of playing in the league, he decided to retire and pursue a career in construction and contracting. At the age 27, Marques founded his own construction company.
In Voices For Leadership, Mr. Ogden will share about leadership. His first publication is “Sleepless Nights, The Success Cycle.”
Kelly Owens is currently leading a team as a procurement manager in the automotive industry. While having this full time career, she has started her own business doing leadership training and coaching. Mrs. Owens has previous experience in nonprofit work as well.
Voices For Leadership will be Mrs. Owens first publication where she intends to share more about becoming the kind of leader that team members welcome feedback.
Jeremy Solomons a UK-educated, US-naturalized and Rwanda-based independent consultant, coach, facilitator, trainer and writer with a Global South perspective. Jeremy writes two regular columns on “Leading Rwanda” and “Letter from Kigali” for the New Times of Rwanda. Solomons co-wrote a chapter in the 1999 Coaching for Leadership book, edited by Marshall Goldsmith et al.
In the book Voices for Leadership, Jeremy plans to write about “The New Face of Leadership from a Global South Perspective.” He will explore traditional African values – such as Ubuntu, Sawubona and Umuganda – and how they inform a new kind of truly global leadership.
David Thuku is an executive coach and leadership development facilitator who is passionate about catalysing a positive impact in Africa through ethical and impactful leadership at individual, organisational and community level.
